John Heithaus is Chief Evangelist for RealEstate Business Intelligence, a leading 
business analytics company generating actionable insights for real estate 
professionals and executives. 

A third-generation real estate professional, John brings over 30 years of 
progressively responsible executive experience with national real estate firms 
including Prudential Real Estate (SVP Partner and Product Development), Realogy 
(VP Strategic Alliances and Real Estate Services), and Monster.com, (Chief Strategy 
Officer and SVP of Business Development and Marketing) at their successful start-up Monstermoving.com. John’s been a co-founder and executive of three startups 
generating nearly $100m in successful exits. 

He graduated from Iona College, with a BS in Business and a MA in Organizational 
Leadership, with Honors, from American Public University. John has completed 
graduate level executive programs at the University of Texas, Austin, Northwestern 
University and, most recently, the International Business program at Georgetown 
University’s McDonough Graduate School of Business. 

In his spare time, John runs SuperStar Records and Pure Music Nashville, 
independent record labels focused on the artist services, blues, bluegrass and 
Americana markets featuring artists including Luke Bulla, Quinn Sullivan, Tom 
Hambridge, Jack Mack & The Heart Attack Horns. 

He is engaged in supporting charitable endeavors at the local, regional and national 
levels including The REALTOR® Foundation, Toys for Tots, the American Red Cross, 
Sunshine for HIV Kids and others. He is a frequent industry speaker and presenter 
for organizations including Inman Connect, The National Association of Realtors®, 
RIS Media, The Appraisal Institute, and the Worldwide Employee Relocation 
Council.
